RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased only on this site and within 20 days of the date received. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. The returned item must have all tags, including original packaging materials.

 ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE 

We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes and shoes returned under these conditions will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements. If you are going to try on your shoes for fit and comfort, please wear on a clean soft surface like carpet. We currently do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item and place a new order. However, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.

If your item is received and considered damaged, we will process a gift card instead of a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only. There will be a $10 shipping/handling fee on all returned items, excluding exchanges and store credit. 

While we do our best to send you perfect merchandise, we're not perfect and occasionally a damaged item is sent out. If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer care immediately and include a photo so that we may assess the damage and quickly resolve the issue at cs@brandblack.com.

Brandblack merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailers. 

Items marked as SALE or items sold using a promotional discount code are not eligible for refund, exchanges or store credit.
