Credit cards and gift cards issued by any of the above companies are not charged until your order is shipped. If your order contains multiple items that ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.
Please note that brandblack.com does not accept any credit/debit cards issued by banks outside the United States.

Troubleshooting Credit/Debit Card Payment Errors
- Check to make sure the billing information matches the information shown on your bank statement.
- Remove dashes or spaces from the card number.
- If the card is new or was recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
- If you still experience a payment error after completing the above steps, please contact your credit card company.
Daily Spending Limits for Debit Cards
Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may delay the processing of an order even if there is enough money in the account. Please contact the card issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having difficulty placing your order.
To prevent delays in processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order matches the address that appears on your bank statements. If you are unsure of your billing address, please contact your bank directly.
Locating Your Credit Card Security Code
The Credit Card Security Code is a unique three or four-digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) of your card. Your order cannot be processed without this code.
Sales tax will be charged in accordance with state and local laws, and will be calculated using your shipping address. The sales tax amount listed during checkout is only an estimate.
We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards. However, applicable sales tax may be applied when the gift card is used.

We will send you notifications to keep you up-to-date on where your package is. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. We’ll also send a notification once your order is on its way.
At this time, brandblack.com does not ship to addresses outside the United States, with the exceptions of:
- APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. Territories - American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands
Orders to these addresses may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning or exchanging products.
brandblack.com does not ship to international reshippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.
If you’re not happy with your brandblack.com purchase for any reason, you may return unworn item(s) within 45 days of shipment for a full refund. Please email our customer service at email@example.com.
- You can use the original shipping box you received from brandblack.com, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
- If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box, please remove them
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
At this time, we only accept returns for purchases made at brandblack.com. If the product is returned outside of the 45-day return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Brandblack will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise. For a return on a sale item, you will be charged postage fees.
Refund Process and Timeframe
brandblack.com processes most returns within 20 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.

We do not currently offer exchanges on brandblack.com. If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order and return the first pair.
We cannot guarantee that inventory will be available when placing a new order.
SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE
We guarantee that every online transaction you make on brandblack.com is 100% safe. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank holds you liable for any of that $50, we will cover that liability cost (in the event that the unauthorized credit card charges occurred through no fault of your own while using our secure server). If you have unauthorized charges on your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
